 Artist Overview
Tom Muller is a Belgian graphic designer active in interactive, print, branding and moving image design since 1998. Tom studied Graphic and Advertising Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp/Belgium.
He was senior designer for Vintage Productions, an Antwerp-based global communications agency. In The summer of 2000 he moved to London/Uk and joined Vir2L Studios where he served as senior art director.
His personal site ximeraLabs, an ongoing online platform for different experiments towards design, graphics and form, was started in 2001. Through his personal work he started collaborating with award winning artist Ashley Wood on a variety of interactive and print projects, which culminated in the formation of Plan B Science & Entertainment, a global art collective that is still active today.
Duolog-Visual Identity Systems, was co-founded by designer Stoav and himself in 2001 as a design collective based in Belgium and the Uk, that covers everything from interactive, print, motion and music design. At present the group has grown to four members.
In the winter of 2001 motion graphics studio Lost In Space added Tom to their roster of designers, where he worked on freeform video animations.
Since March 2002 Tom is a fulltime member of award-winning interactive design consultancy kleber. Kleber is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in London/Uk, and specializes in mixing high-end technology and user-centric, intiutive design.
Tom lives in London/Uk. When he's not designing he reads comics.
